Parent company acquires brands, but was in need of a brand of its own.
A plastic injection molding company was acquiring subsidiaries faster than they could manage. As each company got bought out, there was a lack of cohesiveness to a new brand. After extensive positioning, the eNNOVEA brand was born.
Problem
Florida Production Engineering, Ernie Green Industries, Omni Plastics, and many more production companies were coming together and there was internal dispute over what to call themselves after the mergers and acquisitions.
Solution
A parent brand was needed to bring the companies, their staff, and their processes together for morale, unity, and efficiencies. Research into the internal organization, photographing warehouses, and interviewing employees and customers would create insight on brand-direction.
Execution
We learned innovation was the key element to be the rallying cry of the company. Based from their 7-step production process, the logo was also made to represent the 7 companies comprised within the master brand. The color palette was born from the crude plastic pellet colors before being melted into their final product.
Results
The master brand of eNNOVEA was then posed to continue M&A with minimal friction.
